[1154] ショートカットキー割り当て時のエラー / a.d

ショートカットキー割り当て時に、
重複キーがある場合、その重複キーを検索し、
重複コマンドに別キーを割り当ててから、
当初予定のコマンドに希望キーを割り当てようとすると、
添付のようなエラーが出ます。
エラー後、キー割り当てが成功している場合と、
他のコマンドまで変なキーが割り当てられてしまう場合とあります。
(因果関係は不明)
ご検討をよろしくお願いいたします。
