MQMatrix::Identity()の誤表記？

SDKのマニュアルでは、MQMatrix::Identityとなっておりますが、
MQPlugin.hでの記述はMQMatrix::Identifyとなっております。
（名前としては前者が適切かと思われます）

Rev2.49(pre)でマニュアルの記述をヘッダファイル通りに修正しました。
（行列クラスの中身を単位行列化するので表記としてIdentifyで問題ないかと）
