ファイルの保存をしようとしたら、「ファイルの保存に失敗しました。」という表示が出ます。原因は何でしょうか。

掲示板（BBS)の下の、「エラー報告のお願い」をよく読んでどういう状況で起きたかの情報提供をしましょう。
Mizunoさんもエスパーではないので、あまりにアバウトな質問では解決できません。

まれにですが、ポリゴンが多すぎたりすると保存が出来なくなることがあります。
一つのオブジェクトに20万ポリゴン以上あるときに起こりました。
この場合エラーメッセージなどが表示されないのではっきりとした原因が分からないんですよね。
他に考えられる原因は上書きしようとしているファイルが読み込み専用にされている可能性があります。
ファイルのプロパティで確認してみてください。
