パースビューでF1キー等を押して画面切り替えをした場合
平面ビューに切り替わってしまうので
常にパースビューになるように設定ができるようにON\x2cOFF等
あればうれしいです（＞＜。

私もこの要望に賛成です。

最近は慣れてきましたが、以前はpersとorthoが変わっているのに気がつかないままでモデリングを進めてしまい、後で気づいてショック、というのが多々ありました。

モデリング中は作りこむためにズームして表示していることがほとんどなので、persとorthoが変わっても気づきにくいのです。

ご検討お願いします。
