3.0alpha6にてpng画像が使用できない現象を発見しました。
3.0alpha5では再現されない現象です。

こちらではjpeg画像は正常に表示されているようです。
alpha6の差分に含まれるmlibjpg.dllが古いままになっていませんか?
この条件で3.0alpha6のexeを実行した場合にjpeg画像が使用できませんでした。

新しいmlibpng.dllを同梱し忘れていました。
metaseq30_alpha6a.zipを用意したので、ダウンロードしてください。
（このdllを入れた以外には何も変わっていません）
jpegが読めないのはご指摘の通りmlibjpg.dllが古いか、Metaseq.exeと同じフォルダにないかだと思います。
alpha版に同梱されるすべてのファイルをVer2.4.13に上書きしてご使用ください。
