関連付けについて

最近パソコンを買い換えた為、新しいパソコンにMetasequoiaを入れて、環境設定から関連付けを行おうとしたところ、関連付けが反映されないため、少しだけ困っています。
環境設定から関連付けをしたいファイルにチェックを付けて(？)OKを押しても反映されず、再度環境設定を開くとチェックが外れた状態になっています。
他の方法で関連付けは出来ますが、出来ればMetasequoiaで行いたいので、反映手段を伺えるでしょうか。
よろしくお願いします。

Windows Vista/7では、起動時にアイコンやメニューを右クリックして
「管理者として実行」を選んでから環境設定で関連付けする必要があるかもしれません。
