材質名の長さ制限

3.0.2及び3.1β1で材質名に全角文字で16文字(32バイト)入れると最後の1文字が1バイト分しか保持されず、中途半端な状態でmqoファイルに保存され、材質パラメータが正常に読み込まれなくなります。

まずはVer3.1 Beta2で修正しましたが、Ver3.0系でも修正したほうがよさそうですね。
