I was going to recommend MetaS to folks on the Panda 3D boards as an alternative to other sw but... Can't even finish a demo of the planned character gen path Meta S to Blender to Panda EGG as only thing blender will accept is .OBJ which freeware ver does not do and its .DXF seems to be unreadable by ANYTHING. The inability to purchase makes it unusable .X works fine from free ver but have no way to get that into blender for rigging and anim. U NEED a better way than crappy 'ol PayPal, nuff said. Pity as blender's UI sucks compared to MetaS.
