persとorthoの視点の切り替えで不具合がありました。
persからorthoに切り替えて、カメラを寄せ/引きした後にpersに切り替えるとorthoに切り替える前の位置にカメラが移動していました。
バージョンは3.1.1です。

Ver3.0.3でorthoからpersに戻したときに画角も戻るようになりましたが、
カメラの位置は動かないと思いますが、それは本当に移動していますか？
視野に入る範囲が変わるため一見変わったように錯覚するだけで、
実際には同じ位置のままではないかと思います。
視点コマンドで三面図上のカメラの位置を確認しながらpers/orthoを切り替えてみてください。
