一定間隔での自動保存

Response
自動履歴保存は、編集中のファイルを保存時に特定のフォルダに履歴番号を付けて保存することができますがそれにプラスして一定間隔の時間を指定して保存する機能が欲しいです。
・保存間隔時間の指定
・ウィンドウが非アクティブ時の動作指定
非アクティブでも保存を実行するその場合非アクティブ状態のまま行う
非アクティブでは実行せず、アクティブになったら再開する
