[3689] カスケードメニューがキーで開かない / Tark

アクセスキーの設定してあるカスケードメニューがアクセスキーを押しても開きません。
以下の二つあるようですが。
ファイル(F)/最近使ったファイル(D)
オブジェクト/作成(C)

あと、一度開いたドロップダウンメニューをキーで閉じる方法がないようです。
V3ではESCやALTを押せば閉じました。
また、開いたドロップダウンメニューのフォーカスをカーソルキーで移動させることもできません。
