回転機能に回転軸を指定できる機能をつけて欲しいです。
回転軸は二つの頂点を選択して指定できるようにすればいいと思います。

二点を結んだベクトルか、辺のベクトルを回転軸に設定する機能はほしいですね。
ローカル編集の軸設定にほしいです。

V3用プラグインであればローカル風見鶏がありますね
V4用は公開したばかりですが拙作があります
