選択ができない

タイトル通りなのですが、適当に作ったものを
すべて移動したいのですが選択自体できません。
ほかにも微調整などもしたいのですが、選択された部分が青くならないせいで、それすらままなりません。
鍵も
６４bitの無料版を使っているのですが、どうしたらよいでしょうか？
教えていただける方いらっしゃいましたら教えてください。

コマンドパネルにある、編集オプションの「範」「縄」ボタンがどちらもオフになってないでしょうか？
どちらかオンにするとそれぞれの選択が行えると思います。
