ライセンスなしでの使用中に起きました。
立方体を左右分離鏡面で表示させ、ナイフで切ったのち、
カトマルかOpenSubdivで曲面表示にして頂点をいじるだけという
いたってシンプルな作業だったのですが・・・。
エラーログも添付します。

エラーが起きたのはこれ１回きりでしょうか？
ログの内容からエラーの箇所は特定できたのですが、原因についてははっきりせず、
かなり特殊な状況でしか起きえない現象と考えられるのですが…

あの後何度か似たような作業をしましたが、何も異常は見られませんでした。
