ログの添付をいただきありがとうございます。
残念ながらWindows内部でエラーが起きている可能性が高い以上には手がかりはつかめず詳細は不明ですが、
OpenGL表示を使用されているのであればDirect3D 11や9表示に切り替えれば解決することがあります。
Direct3D表示が不安定な場合以外ではOpenGL表示にほぼメリットはありませんので、
もし問題がないようでしたらDirect3D表示に切り替えてご利用ください。
