ヘルプの検索機能が無くなっているんですが廃止されたのでしょうか。

ヘルプのウィンドウの横幅が短くて単に表示が切れているだけではないでしょうか？
廃止などはしておりません。

そのとおりでした。幅をつめて使うことが多いのでボタンのマークの部分だけは画面外に出ないようにしてほしいです。

ヘルプは（標準の拡大率では）500ピクセル程度の横幅で表示することを前提に作成されています。
上部のボタンが切れてしまう状態ではヘルプの中身まで見づらいことになっていないでしょうか。
横幅を十分に確保した状態で閲覧ください。
