勝手に英語になってしまい、そのまま変えれないのですが、どうすればいいのでしょうか。

勝手に英語になることはありませんので、操作を誤ってうっかり設定を変更してしまったのではないでしょうか？
メニューの[File > Configuration]から[Language]を[Japanese]にして日本語に変更してください。
