[6513] Error after Download / ingrid

I downloaded the 64-bit newest version, but when I try and open the file it doesn't work. Nothing happens. I tried to download the 32-bit to but the same thing happened after. Why? Right now there is no way for me to start metasequoia at all.

Which version of Windows do you use?
I imagine you have some problems in Windows Installer, but I'm not sure because there is little clue. Did you restart Windows and try to install again?
