ボーンの設定

keynoteにあったような
方向コンストレイント(ボーンAを常にボーンBの方向に向けるなど)や回転コンストレイント(指定ボーンAが３０度回転すると指定ボーンBが６０度動くように指定できる)などは現在実装されているボーンで設定可能でしょうか？？

アニメーション用ソフトではありませんので、コンストレインなど複雑な制御を行うための仕組みは用意しておりません。
IKが複数のボーンを連動させる唯一の要素となります。
