OSXは作成すら押せず形を作れない。

Macでインストールした。
基本形から形を出すとこまではできても、作成を押せないので何も進まない。何もできない。
これは、無料ライセンスの仕様なのでしょうか？
それともバク？

本当に押せないのでしょうか？
添付いただいた画像では画面の一部分しかなく肝心の箇所が欠けているのでよくわかりませんが、例えば[面]の表示がオフになっているから面を作成しても一見して気づきにくいだけといったことはないでしょうか。
また、ご使用のMacの機種名、OSバージョンなどもご記載ください。
