どこかのバージョンアップのタイミングでそのままの手順では実行できなくなっていたようです。
Ver4.5.7で現行バージョンの初心者モードでも大丈夫なよう手順を変更しました。

お疲れ様でしたわかりやすくなったように思います
自分ごとですか「スナップ」機能が便利になっていたことに気づかされました。頂点だけでなく辺・面にもスナップできるのは、非常に便利ですね
