i´m sorry for my bad english.
Is there a way to get the plugins, especially the measure plugin ready to use? I´m not a developer only a little hobbiest.

There are links of plugins on the official website, but they are only a part.
There is a site that unofficially summarizes the links, so please hit it.

And, measurement is included as a feature in the EX edition.
