背景に映りこむ環境マップ自体ではなく、金属などの表面に反射して見えている箇所をぼかしたいということでしょうか。
その場合、シェーダをglTFに切り替えて、粗さの数値を上げてください。

丁寧に教えていただいてありがとうございます。
背景に映りこむ環境マップ自体もぼかすことができたら
スクリーンショットをとる際に便利なのでご検討をお願いしたいです。
