ナイフツールの等分割数が違う

お世話になっております、
表題のナイフツールの等分割の数値入力についてですが、
10等分したいと思い10を入力すると何故か9等分に…
Mayaでは分割数を10と入れると10分割されるので、
入力した通りになって欲しいです。

Tag has been changed from [Bug report,ナイフツール] to [Bug report,ナイフ,連続切断].
説明不足でしたので補足追加
ナイフツールにある、「連続切断」にある、
等間隔の分割数となります。
使用しているバージョン:
Ver4.8.3b(64bit)
