Is it possible to change things so the input and output panes get focus on mouseover instead of mouseclick?

Sometimes I scroll the script in the input pane when it does not have focus (the white rectangle around it).

Then when I click on a line to edit that line the script jumps back to near the line it was at when the input pane lost focus.
