[9247] skinning - rotate tool is overscaled / marcw

Hello,

This comment concerns the latest version of Metasequoia EX edition.

As you could see in this screen capture (shared on my Microsoft OneDrive : https://1drv.ms/u/s!AjokN1FU3jK1l3Q8YhYut6rQHEVI?e=Sg5GO4 ) the Rotate tool used in the Bone-Skinning Panel is overscaled.
Display Units are Meters.
I cannot change the scale of that tool.
Is it a bug or is there a hidden setting for that purpose ?

I wonder why it's in that situation.
If you have a file that can reproduce the situation, please send it to us.

Hello,

I noticed today that when the project was saved and reloaded (.mqoz) then that tool ( Bone-Skinning Panel - Rotate ) appeared with its normal size.

That problem occured with this workflow :
- export of a rigged mesh (Aiko 6) from Daz Studio in Collada format.
- Import in Metasequoia where I noticed that the rigging was ten times larger than the mesh.
- I selected the mesh, rescaled it ( x 10 ) and moved it on Y = 0 position to match the rigging.
