ダイアログ表示中もヘルプスクロール可能にしてほしい

Metasequoia4.61にてヘルプのチュートリアルベースで勉強中です。
どうもソフト本体の設定ダイアログを開くと
ヘルプがスクロールできなくなるため
いちいち設定ダイアログを閉じて説明の続きを読む必要があり
操作が煩雑です。
ご対応のほど、よろしくお願いします。

こちらは正確には「環境設定」でしょうか。
環境設定内には「ヘルプ」ボタンがあり、こちらを押すとヘルプウィンドウとは別にブラウザを起動してヘルプのhtmlを直接表示できるので、こちらでダイアログを閉じずにスクロールしながら内容を確認できるかと思います。
