再発行には購入当時の情報が必要となります。下記の内容を弊社ライセンス窓口までお伝えください。
・お名前
・メールアドレス
・購入製品名、バージョン、エディション
・購入時期
・住所
・電話番号
購入時期が古すぎる、内容が照合できない等の場合に再発行できかねる
ことがありますが、予めご了承ください。
