Metasequoia旧版のver3.1.6を使用しています。
このたびwindows7からwindows10にアップデートしたところユーザー登録が無効になっており以前取得したシリアルナンバーとパスワードを入力したところ「シリアル情報をPCから読み取ることができません」とメッセージが出ました。どうしたら解決しますか？

教えていただいた通りに管理者から実行したらあっさり使えました。
よく読んだらID登録する時に出来ないときは管理者から～とメッセージ出てたのですね…。

こんな間抜けに早々にご回答いただきまして心から感謝致します。本当にありがとうございました！
