Hello, is there a option to extrude edges and have a two side materials/polygons visualization?

"Extrude" works for single sided faces. A material can be set "Double Sided" in "Material Property", but extrude may not be work properly.

Thanks, so I can't extrude edge loops right? I was testing here with an unfinished car model.
