Can you provide me with a python scripts reference guide for metasequoia or other defining methods and actions available on objects, scene etc.... What I try to achieve is a script to dislocate objects on scene based on coordinates given in external csv file so similar example scripts may be helpful as well.

Script documentation and samples are included in the software itself.

The [Help > Index] menu in the script shows methods and properties in each class. And, there are many script files in the "Script" folder under the installed folder. They will help you understand basic usage.
