When the rotation button in Edit Panel is dragged, it rotates by 15 degrees if the Shift key is pressed, or by any angle if not pressed.

I found the cause for this problem. It seems that the angle notation becomes incorrect depending on the [Display unit].
We will fix this problem in the next release.
