[10531] Errors report, missing files, unused images, French patch / JimmyMarco3D

Hi,
I'm a french guy, and making a french patch linked below, I have noticed a lot of errors, missing files and unused images :
- Using Local axis and resize with Scaling, Normal vectors grow scaly and make strange shadows, and using Scale command doesn't change Normal vectors, but doesn't move Local Axis.
- In ...\Data\Japanese and \English, "guide_again.jpg" are missing and don't appear in first launch.
- In ...\Data\English, "ColorLib.txt" uses "Read" instead of "Red" color twice.
- In ...\Help\English\html\menu, "object.htm" contains mistakes and doesn't explain Single or Double sided face option for lathe freezing.
- In ...\Help\English\html\tutorial, a lot of screenshots are very old.
- In ...\Help folders, a lot of strange indentations in html files are just little mistakes not so important than previous remarques.
- In ...\Help\English-Japanese\html\menu some images are unused in "object.htm" page :
