[9775] how could make the output model having toon line? / Ash

Inside file rendering,there is a option called toon which make the edges of model with black lines.
I also found a plugin from github called toonoutliner,that makes the samething for it beside render mode.
But neither one nor the other export model with black lines.
Is it possible to export model with toon?

I don't have the answer as I didn't know this tool existed, but I suspect it is simply for drawing.
