Hello I've somehow changed the perspective settings but can't find how did I do it, is it possible to reset them?

This display is caused by the huge FOV. You can adjust the FOV in the [View panel] in the [View] button above the view. And, you can also reset the view by the [Reset] menu in the [View] button.
