What is complete specification for normals in .mqo file?

e.g. What do the four 2 mean?

The head values mean a combination of the following mask-bits;
1: Hard edge
2: Fixed normal vector

And, normal vectors follow after the mask-bits if a fixed mask-bit is enabled.
