[9444] Normal maps won't load / Lee

just got my new pc working, just now i was trying to run metasequoia and it did start and everything, though something seems to be going on with normal maps as they won't load, got a error message saying the DX10 wasn't avaliable (because it isn't supported by my machine) and something to do with "only power side of texture" and multiple shader compiling errors, any idea what could've be going on?

There is too little information to know anything.
Please describe the following items at the minimum and the exact message displayed.
* Metasequoia version
* OS version
* Product name or specification of your PC (GPU in particular)

Yea, sorry about that it's because i didn't knew how to describe the error, but i've got it working, it was the directx, it was missing and i had some trouble installing it, but now everything is fine
